Volvo Ocean Race Re-Start Cruise: Watch the race boats sail past as they head out of the Chesapeake Bay, racing to New York City. We will depart at 9:00am before the harbor closes down to let the Race Boats out, and then we will sail south, past Thomas Point Lighthouse. We anticipate the race boats to pass us, around 1:30-2:00pm, depending on the wind conditions. This will be a relaxing 8-hour daysail including a continental breakfast, gourmet box lunch, afternoon appetizers, and soft drinks. Three drink coupons will come with each adult ticket. Bloody Marys, Mimosas, beer and wine will be available. Tickets are $219 per person, $184 child with child's lunch. Maximum of 35 guests. This will sell out fast! Fireworks Cruise! We leave the Marriott dock at 6:30 pm, for a 2 hour sunset sail with live entertainment, then we anchor close to the fireworks barge for the 9:15 show. Thomas Point Light- Join us for a sailing Lighthouse tour Lighthouse Tour: Sail to as many as four different lighthouses on the Chesapeake Bay and learn about their history, importance, and present day condition by a guest lecturer from the Chesapeake Chapter of the U.S. Lighthouse Society. Depart Annapolis at 10:30am, return at 2:30pm, includes box lunch, soft drinks and snacks, $79 per person, child $52 w/ child's lunch. Maximum of 35 guests.
